have mastered a chapter, you will contact the Training Coordinator and she will email you a short test to gauge
your learning. Once a score of 75% or greater is achieved on the test, the Training Coordinator will contact you to
relay your score. After a passing score is achieved, you may begin the next chapter. This process will continue
until the series is complete. Upon completion, the appropriate training certificate will be issued.
